Coaching with Lucy Cullingford
The aim of coaching is to provide a safe, supportive and challenging space whereby a client can explore their own personal development. A Coach helps an individual understand and eliminate barriers to a more effective performance. A Coach is not there to give advice or provide all the answers and solutions. Coaching aims to empower the individual to gain insights into personal challenges. Coaching can be an effective tool in identifying blocks, engaging simple actions or setting goals. The aim is to enable the client to move forwards, for the person to lead their own enquiry through a focused and supported space. Ultimate responsibility rests on the determination of the client.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes to 1 hour and will be organised at the mutual convenience of Coach and Client.
To enrol, please get in touch with a member of the SPACE Artist Initiatives Team at artistinitiative@spacestudios.org.uk with the subject header ‘Lucy Cullingford Coaching’ and we will forward you the booking details.
