STOP PLAY RECORD: Theodosia Bosy’s Surfacing

December 2016

Surfacing reflects on the duality of man and nature by considering the interface between water and air.

This perspective is mediated by manufactured containers as it looks at the surface of the sea, water in an ornamental fountain and sinks beneath the surface of a pond.

STOP PLAY RECORD forms part of a joint initiative between Arts Council England and Channel 4, which sees the Institute of Contemporary Arts lead a London Network, in partnership with, the Chisenhale GalleryDAZEDKingston University and SPACE to provide a range of activities across the capital.
