Solid proof of residence will be required eg bills in your name. The studio has a sink installed and large windows.
Electricity is not included and you will be responsible for your own account with a provider of your choice.
There is NO PARKING loading and unloading only. The WCs are outside in the yard.
Good transport links close by in Essex Road/Angel.
