For short-term rent, the primary leaseholder is going overseas for three months. Some art equipment will be stored in the studio, and the price has already been discounted.
For long-term rent, you are sharing with a local artist. The artist does acrylic, ink, watercolour, and oil painting, wood carving.

SPACE opened 35 studios for artists, makers and creative businesses in Redbridge Town Hall, Ilford in 2019.
The studios are on the third and fourth floors of the Town Hall but please note that although there is lift access, however it is not fully DDA compliant.
