People Power #3: Thirsty Plants

Technology Will Save Us worked with thirty children at Chisenhale Primary School in Tower Hamlets to make Thirsty Plants – solar powered plant hydration detectors for their pots of spring bulbs which they presented at the White Building. They created their detectors and sensors from kits made by Technology Will Save us.

Thirsty Plants was made made as part of People Power, the Bloomberg sponsored school programme devised by SPACE. The programme uses creativity to engage pupils with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, maths) subjects.
