This policy explains how SPACE uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, why they may be used, and how you can manage your choices. It should be read alongside SPACE’s Privacy Policy.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies can include tracking pixels, scripts, tags, local storage and other methods of storing information on, or accessing information from, your device. These technologies may support website operation and security, remember choices, measure website use or support other functions.

What types of cookies may be used?

Our website may use the following categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required to provide a service or function you have requested, such as maintaining security or remembering a privacy choice. These do not require consent where the legal exemption applies.
• Analytics or performance cookies: help us understand how visitors use the website so that we can assess and improve its performance. We will seek consent before setting these where required.
• Functional cookies: remember choices or enable enhanced features. Where they are not strictly necessary, we will seek consent before setting them.
• Advertising or targeting cookies: may be used to measure campaigns or build profiles for relevant advertising. We will only use these if they are actually deployed and the required consent has been obtained.

Consent and the cookie banner

Our cookie banner offers a clear choice to accept or reject non-essential cookies, with a way to select categories and change or withdraw choices later.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Browser controls do not replace the consent controls we provide for non-essential cookies.

We will keep our cookie information under review and update it when technologies or purposes change.

How to change or withdraw your choices

You should be able to revisit your cookie choices at any time using the website’s cookie settings or preference control, where provided.

You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

Third-party services

SPACE uses Stripe for payment processing. Information relating to how Stripe use of cookies can be found on their information page https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
