About the space
The pop-up space is 300 sq ft and 240cm usable height. It also has its own ‘straight off the street’ entrance and is completely self contained. The space can be rented empty or with six trestle tables, three free-standing lockable glass cabinets and 14 wall-mounted smaller cabinets at no additional cost.

About the area
Situated on busy Mare Street, with young professionals and families living nearby occupying the streets during the week, while on weekends Londoners from all over East London flock to London Fields for an outdoor afternoon before visiting the bars and restaurants of Mare Street and Richmond Road. The closest station is London Fields, a short walk from the space.

Use of space
The pop-up space can be used as a retail space, event space, workshop space and exhibition space. 

Opening hours
The space can be opened from 9am – 9pm Monday to Sunday 

Staffing
You will have to provide your own staff to cover your space when you are open.

Payment
Full payment and deposit must be received before the commencement of hire.

Deposit
£300 deposit will be required. Once the space has been returned back to a clean state, keys returned and any walls repainted if and where necessary, the deposit will be returned.

SPACE rules
Loud music can not be played in the space, however background music is permitted. Wall hangings, nails and drilling is permitted, however at the end of the hire, holes must be filled and the entire wall must be repainted.
