Self-contained, ground floor studio with high ceiling and level access. Studio will be cleared for sole use. Wood and plinths seen within photos will be cleared and stored behind a separate partitioned space.
Enclosed yard available outside the studio for loading/unloading. Electricity and Wifi is included within the rent. Access to a communal sink and kitchen space is available in the corridor outside the studio.
The studio is at SPACE The Triangle Building, E8 3RH. The studio building is home to a vibrant community of local artists located near London Fields station. There is secure bike storage provided within the grounds of the building as well as an outdoor communal space.

Underground: The nearest station is Bethnal Green on the Central Line. Continue along Cambridge Heath Road, past the Museum of Childhood and on towards Mare Street (15 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus).
Overground: Trains arrive directly from Liverpool Street to London Fields Station, a five minute walk to SPACE.
Cars: We have limited car parking for visitors and priority is given to people with access needs.
Bicycles: Secure Hoops are accessible from the entrance on Warburton Road or in front of SPACE on Mare Street.
By Foot: SPACE is located at The Triangle adjacent to London Fields Park, 5 minutes walk from Broadway Market and next door to the London Fields pub on Mare Street.
