Make a zine!

Learn to make a zine in 60 seconds! Zines (pronouned “zeens”) are DIY mini-magazines that can be about any topic you want.  

Make a zine with facilitator Lydia Julien using pen, paper, glue, newspapers, magazine collage, stencilling, or stickers. Learn how to fold, create and express your creativity, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Everyone welcome! Suitable for all children 6+ upwards. (Parental supervision required due to materials).

No need to book – just drop in to The Room at SPACE Ilford on the day.

Lydia Julien is an artist and workshop facilitator. Working with narratives exploring lived experience and personal expression,  she enjoys sharing skills and techniques in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
