Rave Lecture: Performing in the Network

Artist Constant Dullaart (DE/NL) presented a new lecture and performance exploring the networked non-spaces where performance can appear.

Dullaart analyses the networks that are invisible to us, through for example Wi Fi routers, or other private gateways, and considers how these in-between sites can offer different possibilities for performance.

The night also included a laser projection, a bespoke performing WiFi network, and a specially curated DJ set by Dullaart consisting of Eurohouse-style tunes collected from the artist’s travels in the BRIC countries.
