Oliver McConnie, Times thin veil

A group exhibition featuring works by Emma Sheehy, SPACE artist Oliver McConnie, Telemachus, Temsuyanger Longkumer, and Tom Crowley.

Oliver McConnie’s prints excavate medieval imagery, drawing its forms and symbols into contemporary tension. Working in etching, he builds layered scenes where ancient and modern anxieties converge. The grotesque, historically a space where fear and laughter, the sacred and the profane existed in uneasy balance, provides the visual language.
