Studio individually metered and electricity is billed separately. There is no lift in this building. Large loading bay on ground floor.
The building is close to Hackney Central and Homerton overground stations, with many buses passing close by in Mare Street.

Owned by SPACE since 2010 but leased and occupied by SPACE artists since the 90s, Deborah House has undergone a substantial revamp in 2014. Re-designed by Sarah Wigglesworth architects, SPACE has added a new floor, a sedum roof and has refurbished the existing three floors to a high standard. Now with central heating and wifi, there is a total of 48 studios. Deborah House is in central Hackney close to the Town Hall and Hackney Central overground station. Many bus routes pass close by in Mare Street.
