34 brand new studios opened by SPACE in early 2025 on the fourth floor of a secure self-storage building near Enfield Retail Park. The studios all have natural light, openable windows, and extensive views across London. Accessible from the Weaver Line (Southbury station).
Studios range in size from 163 – 444 sq ft, with rents between £238 and £648 pcm.
