We are looking for a new studio mate for our Artist studio share at Bridget Riley Studios ok Fish island / Hackney Wick.
The space is £360 per calendar month
And is approx 15 sqm within a larger light filled ground floor space.
You would be sharing with 3 other Artists and ideally we are looking for similar to join.
We are a ‘messy’ studio ie painters, sculptors and printer makers but no one uses strong smelling paints or create lots of dust and ideally we’d like to keep it that way.
We would be open to splitting the space for two artists at £180 but ideally the space is for one.
Move in would be 12th May 2026
The images show it when it’s empty but it’s now a used and lived in art studio!
Heating and internet included and electricity paid every six months at around £30
