Rent is inclusive of electricity, light and heating. Other features are: four double power-sockets; two fluorescent tubes; bike racks; natural light from an openable window; nearby sink facilities in toilets (no artist sinks); free wifi; one radiator.
The site is covered 24/7 with video surveillance and concierge.

Arlington, a historical landmark in the history of social housing, has been transformed to create a contemporary community and social context where artists will be part of the mix along with tenants, training providers and social enterprises. A project led by One Housing Group. Alongside studios we run a Creative Space offering workshops for the homeless community.
