22 new-build, self-contained studios in Stratford, on the 1st and 2nd floors of the new tower block for student residency, Aspire Point on Jupp Road. Studios have been purpose-built as artists’ studios with full height, double-glazed windows, heat recovery ventilation system, solid block walls (not stud partitioned), high ceilings (12ft approx), wifi, dedicated goods lift access (for studios only), concrete floors, walls and floors painted, communal WCs, sinks and some storage available.
