Studio 3a is a self- contained on the top floor of Grade ll listed building in Greenwich.
The studio has a parquet wooden floor, very large sash windows, high ceilings and nearby sink and WC. Rent is all inclusive of electricity, heating, rates, water etc.
This is a small site of five studios only. There are two neighbouring studios and a further 2 studios with a separate entrance. The ground floor belongs to an independent arts organisation called ‘Emergency Exit Arts’.
