This three storey warehouse building opposite Bridget Riley Studios was once a peanut factory. Most studios have large windows, with skylights on the top floor. London Centre for Book Arts currently occupies a large studio on the ground floor offering facilities and workshops.

The ground floor studios have step-free access.

Close to Victoria Park and Old Ford Lock as well as the Olympic main stadium.
