Looking to sublet my studio space whilst I’m away with work for two months. Dates are 17th Jan – 17th March and can be extended slightly if necessary.

The space is 182 sq/ft and I’d like to leave some things stored at the bottom of a rack of shelves. There are two large tables, a kettle and an electric heater. The south-facing window is great and provides lots of good light. Rent is £319 a month and includes wifi. It doesn’t include electricity and I’m happy to work this out with you in a way that suits us both.
