With nearly 70 studios, this is one of SPACE’s largest properties and our second building purchase. Studios range from around 200ft² to 550ft² on 1st and 2nd floors. The ground floor is a mixture of studios from less than 100ft² to large ‘loading bay’ sculpture studios and 1,500ft²+ group studios and several smaller spaces.
Rents include free WiFi throughout the building.
