Liverpool Street to Ilford is a 17 minute journey on the Elizabeth Line via Stratford.

Please note that although there is lift access, it is not fully DDA compliant.  There is no parking included.

Note: You may notice on our FAQs and Terms and Conditions that in our normal letting of artists’ studios we use a criterion of length of time registered with SPACE. We’re aware that artists living in Redbridge may not have had an opportunity to rent with SPACE before, and therefore prior registration with SPACE is NOT  one of the criteria for allocating the Redbridge spaces.  We are hoping to attract Redbridge area artists to the studios.  If you are allocated a space you will register at this stage, alongside signing the tenancy agreement. 
About Oakfield Road

SPACE opened 35 studios for artists, makers and creative businesses in Redbridge Town Hall, Ilford in 2019.

The studios are on the third and fourth floors of the Town Hall but please note that although there is lift access, however it is not fully DDA compliant.
