Self contained, 1st floor artist studio situated in a Grade II listed Victorian cobbled mews in Islington, off Essex Road. You must be an Islington resident to qualify for this studio. Solid proof of residence will be required eg bills in your name. The studio has a sink installed and large windows.
Electricity is not included and you will be responsible for your own account with a provider of your choice.
There is NO PARKING loading and unloading only. The WCs are outside in the yard.
Good transport links close by in Essex Road/Angel.
